UPDATED -- Weather Discussion: December 8, 2023

BRADY'S WEATHER PAGE  DECEMBER 8, 2023 @ 9:05 PM CST …UPDATED DISCUSSION... An updated discussion regarding tomorrow's severe threat... Latest short range guidance has increased Instability across the entire Mid South, with most short term models showing 1000 j/kg+ of surface based CAPE. This translates to low to mid 60 dewpoints, and would be happening in conjunction with 45-65 knots of bulk shear. This increase in Instability raises confidence in severe weather occurring, but also increases the tornado threat. Have increased the tornado threat to correspond with the recent model guidance. Everything else remains on track, and no further changes were warranted with this update.
